Hello, I recently updated SC to v2386 and it now seems that dragging (or, cancelling) an open order when Chart Trading also moves (or, cancels) the order on order-allocated accounts as well. Looking through the documentation I could find (Order Allocation to Trade Accounts: Introduction) I didn't see specifics to indicate that orders can now be modified across all accounts. I understand you've recently made adjustments to this functionality, so I want to be sure as I've been holding off on adding more accounts to my data feed due to the difficulty in previously managing/editing open orders on the chart. Does dragging/adjusting orders when Chart Trading also adjust open orders that are sitting on order-allocated accounts as well? If true, this is a game-changer. Thank you for incorporating this functionality! Regards, |

Yes and it is explained here: Order Allocation to Trade Accounts: Functionality However, we recommend testing all of this functionality with Trade Simulation Mode: Trade Simulation And making sure it all works as intended. Hello, I've been using "Order Allocation to trade Accounts" for sometime now and with few issues. It's a great function, thanks Sierra team. I have read your instructions and followed them as advised and the function has worked well. As per usual on a new trading day I go through my checklist and make sure all is setup as I like it, including "Order Allocation". Of recent, sometime in the trading day the function randomly disables. When I save & close charts and then reopen the function is no longer enabled? Please advise. I've noticed this too in the last week and just tested Trade Window -> Settings -> Enable Order Allocation To Trade Accounts - Does not Save setting and defaults to unchecked on restart of Sierra Chart.

Also noted that when you reset child windows, this disables it too

This also happens when starting SC up. For some reason I need to "Enable Order Allocation To Trade Acccounts" every time I open SC - is there a way to set it to "Enabled" as default?
