How to access real time data while under the free trial

I am trying to activate U.S equities exchange data while under my free trial. However, I cannot activate this data without paying a 1st connection fee of $25 per month. Is this connection fee not waived for the free trial? Thanks |

There is not a free trial of real-time data during the trial. Rather, we have available delayed streaming data for the CME Group, EUREX, CFE, and NASDAQ TotalView, which acts like real-time data, but is delayed by 10-15 minutes (depending on exchange). We recommend working with this data while you get used to Sierra Chart as it is available at no extra cost. Refer to the information here: Delayed Exchange Data Feed If you do want real-time data, then you will need to pay for it. In order to get the U.S. Equities from our Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, you will need to pay the $25.00 connection fee along with the $10.50 exchange fee. Refer to the Setup Instructions for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions If you want real-time data for the CME Group, EUREX, CFE, NASDAQ TotalView or FairX, then you would need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, in which case you would need to change to a paid Package of level 10, 11, or 12, as these include the Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee.
