I am using the Denali Data Feed and have been trading on the trade DOM and want to start trading on the Chart DOM. I have check marked the Chart Trade Mode On and Trading Chart DOM On; however, the Depth of Market numbers are not appearing as they do on the Trade DOM and when I place a trade, my attached Target and Stop entered on the Trade DOM are not appearing on the Chart DOM. How can I correct this?

How do I make sure they both have the chart update speed set the same?

Refer to the information for the Chart Update Interval here: Chart Settings: Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Under Global settings>>General settings>>General 1, the chart update interval in milliseconds is 40. What am I matching this with?? I matched it with Chart settings>>Other>>Chart update interval in milliseconds. Both are now 40 and the problem has not been resolved. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-05-02 21:39:18

Make sure each chart (and Trading DOM) is set to use the same Chart Update Interval or that they are set to use the Global Chart Update Interval. You will find the setting for each chart under Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds. Note that if this is set to 0, then the chart is set to use the Global value. I have set ALL the chart update interval in milliseconds to 40 and I still have no Depth of Market numbers or Target and Stop appearing on my Chart DOM.

We thought you were saying that the Market Depth numbers were not in sync between a Trade DOM and a Chart DOM. If you are not getting any Market Depth Data at all, then refer to the following: Global Trade Settings Windows: Troubleshooting Market Depth Data Not Displaying in Chart/Trade DOM Columns With regards to the Target and Stop, you state that they are appearing on the Trade DOM, but not on the Chart DOM. Is the main order line showing on the Chart? Or is it just the Target and Stop that are not showing? If you can give us an image of the chart and the Trade DOM it would be helpful. Okay I now have the Depth of Market numbers on my Chart DOM. Regarding Target and Stop....When I place an order on the Trade DOM, the Main Order line, Target and Stop appear on BOTH the Trade and Chart DOM; however, when I place a trade on the Chart DOM ONLY the Main Order line appears on both the Trade DOM AND Chart DOM. |

I figured out the remaining problem. On the chart itself, I went to Trade>>Open Trade Window for chart and check marked Use Attached Orders. Thank you for your assistance. |
