Hi Guys,

I've topped up my account $117 but I still can't activate the live data feed (tried disconnect/re-connect but the data is still delayed) and my account will expire tomorrow, I didn't have this issue last month. Could I please have some assistance.

You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month. Refer to the following:
