My candlesticks are not loading from 4pm to 5PM EST for April 29th. Please advised on how to solve this problem.

To further clarify, my other charts showing the same instrument (with with different time frame) is not having any problems. This has never happened before. For now, I've fixed the problem by copying the other chart with a different time frame. Please let me know if there is a way to get to the root of the problem and prevent it from happening again. |
