Can you please confirm Data/Trade Service settings for this account? Cannot connect to data, perhaps due to change in Teton Order Routing Service?

Our servers are showing that your Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to Teton CME Order Routing.

It also shows that you are on version 2204. If this is correct, then you need to update to the latest release in order to use the Teton Order Routing Service. To update, follow the instructions at the following link:
