1) The Range candle & TPO doesn't account for the Asia gap. for instance today the ES opened with a gap instead my chart fille it with the range candle. check the image below. because of this error, my vwap is incorrect & my Asia open level is incorrect as well. 2) For someone weir reason I can't change my pair from the chart settings. I do have 3 charts (2 TPO & 1 Range candle) linked in terms of the symbol. when I choose another symbol let's say NQ it downloads the data but still displays my ES Price & no Candle or TPO in the charts. my Rangle Chrt is full of studies wouyl that bug the chartbook or something? i can't seem to change the symbol on my chartbook. |

1) We really can not tell anything from the image provided, but from what you state, make sure the option for New Bar At Session Start is set to Yes. It sounds like this is set to No, which would account for why you are not seeing a gap between sessions 2) Try opening a new chart for NQ and see if it loads properly. If it does not load properly then let us know. Otherwise, then go back to one of the other charts and change the symbol and see what you get. If it appears to still be incorrect, then open the Chart >> Chart Settings and tell us what the Symbol and Quote and Current Trade Symbol are set to. 1) still doesn't account for the gap. 2) I attached several SC it shows my 3 chart links, all the same, my symbol of NQ & how it shows on my chart after I went with NQ ES price is still there & there are no candles. I tried to open NQ alone it worked fine. but I want it in my chartbook. |

We do not know why you are not getting the data for NQ properly. Everything looks fine from what you are showing. Please attach the chartbook that has these charts in it so we can take a look. Follow these instructions to attach the chartbook to this thread. You can attach the chartbook as a private file. https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#AttachFile For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
