I misplaced my notes I wrote down when I spoke to someone from SC on the phone about this roughly a month ago. To my understanding I need to email a screen shot of my futures account balance? What email do I need to send this to? Thanks!

Sure I am available, I haven't place any live trades this month so if thats the only way I can continue to get this feed I may just need to move on from SC. I am using demo and am not live trading till I feel comfortable.
