Hello SC: For some reason when I try to start the replay function by scrolling back on the chart(s) and doing a Ctrl + R and select the speed of the replay and the any other choice and then hit the play key, the replay function will just display that it is download data and then just freeze there. Then at that point I have to shut down that Chartbook and then start it back up again and then the Replay function will work ok. I have tried to always save my chartbook with any additional data before trying to replay the chart(s). Can you fix this? Sierra Charts are the best in my opinion. Thanks in advance. |

There often is a pause when the replay is getting started before the new bars start showing. How long have you waited for it to start before you close the chartbook? John, I am waiting minutes and the replay is not starting. I have learned if I close down the chartbook and start it back up that it will load rapidly and begin the replay within a few seconds. I use calculate same as realtime, interval is 1 second, speed it 1. Update interval is 1 second. The issue is my screens never do move from displaying the downloading data that is written in blue. |
