Data Download Issues/Freezes

Dear SC Support,

I am a subscriber for 3+ years now and overall with little issues on my Sierra Chart service. I am authorized to have 3 connections but I usually use/connect from two separate PCs. Let me explain that the issue is.

Two-three weeks tgo I noticed that on one of my PCs Sierrac Chart world not load charts asterisks I started it. It plainly froze. Did some search about it on the SC website and re-installed SC a week or so ago but kept the Data folder intact (i.e. I deleted all other forlders before I installed SC again). Initially, that seem to work. However, yesterday It happened again. This time I deleted the data files (but kept all .DLL files intact) and re-installed teh SC latest version once again.

Now, SC starts and after a while says that all the Historical Data have been downloaded but keeps freezing/reconnecting to download the continuous futures data. And that goes on and on without abating. Every few minutes the charts unfreeze, prices start moving for a 3-4 seconds and then freeze again and the green message that Historical Data gas been downloaded appears asking if we want to exit/delete the data and re-load them again.

My two connections (one is using the SC All Services and the second one ia a CQG Web Api) work perfectly on the other PC (on one instance). I tried connecting to both seperately, and I faced now issues at all. It works smoothly with no issues whatsoever.

Any advise to solve the problem before deleting everything and re-install SC from scratch?

When you notice this are there any messages in the Window >> Message Log which give an indication of what is happening?

Also run Sierra Chart in Safe Mode for now:
