Delayed denali exchange data feed

I have a live account through amp futures using denali exchange data feed... idk why but my data feed is delayed - im using "sc data - all services" data feed I had this problem once aswell but at the time I solved it simply by loggin with my CQC data feed and moving back to "sc data", however its not solving the problem this time |

You are getting the Delayed Streaming data because you do not have any exchanges activated for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. We see that you did have it active in January, but it was deactivated on February 1, 2022 and not renewed. You can reactivate the exchange(s) you want on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges With regards to your CQG connection, you do need to connect at least once a month to verify your non-professional status for the CME Group. But if you are wanting to trade directly from Sierra Chart, then you can just keep your connection to CQG at all times. You do not need to change between "CQG WebAPI" and "SC Data - All Services".
