Email Rate Limit and Reset, anyone know?

When setting up a few different spreadsheets alerts/systems over the last few days they were triggering way too many emails. Now today after refining the system down to less than 30 triggers for the whole day, I don't get emails as it says email alert rate exceeded. Does anyone know what the limit is? How do I go about getting that reset or will it automatically reset at the end of the week or month? Thank you in advance.

The limits are defined in the 5th paragraph here; https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/GeneralSettings.html#EmailNotifications The reset will occur at the next interval of the particular rate that was exceeded. So if you exceeded the hourly rate you would need to wait for the next hour for the reset.
