Hi SC Support For health reasons I will be unable to trade for several weeks, so I have selected "Disable" on the account payments / services renewal page. Am I correct in saying that when i want to start using SC again, all my settings, study collections and the like will be available unchanged, or do i need to save certain settings before end of month when my subscription expires? You have your information correct and all your information is located on your local Sierra Chart. So as long as you do not delete your local Sierra Chart installation, you will be fine. And when you come back you will just need to add funds and select a package then start your Sierra Chart software again. Wishing you all the best with your health.
