Teton Disconnect - End of Day, Trade In Process

Dear Support:

While in the middle of supervising an open trade (ESM22_FUT_CME), I received the attached disconnect message.

Price was updating on the chart, but the bars had stopped updating to reflect the price.

A reload of the chart did nothing. A restart of Sierra did not fix the problem.

In addition, I have limits and stops that were in effect, and the trade still shows as open.

Please help!

I can't change my stops or do anything, I get the message:

I was unable to move my stop-loss, and get out of the trade earlier.

Now, all of a sudden, connectivity to Teton seems to have been restored - but none of the rejected moves of my stop were accepted. My order now exited at the original stop-loss, not at the places I tried to slide my stop-loss to. I normally slide my stops a few bars below current price. All attempts to do so here were rejected with the above message. As a result, I was stopped out a much higher loss than necesary.

There was an issue which has been resolved. Refer to the following:

There was hardware maintenance which we did Friday evening. Which lasted about three hours.

The connectivity issue was expected.
