Hello,
I do not receive the SMS code on my phone.
I get the message "{"Result":"Code sent to your mobile number. When received, enter this code in the box below."}", but I don't receive anything on my phone.
The mobile number that I entered is the same as the one on my account.
Could you please help me ? I really want to try the software before making a decision on subscribing.

Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account:

1. Select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart software menu.

On the displayed webpage, click on "Activate Services".

Login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password if necessary.

2. Choose the particular Service Package and the number of Months that you want and press the "Update/Set" button. If you are on a Trial, you will first need to add sufficient credit to your account to pay for the chosen Service Package/Months. In this case, refer to the step below. Once that is done you can then choose the Service Package and number of Months.

3. Add sufficient credit to your Services Balance using any of the available payment options:
