Hi Sierra team, please see attached. I have a funded AMP Futures account with a CQG login. All the pics are attached. Can you please advise why am I still getting delayed data, and I have attached other pics from my friend who has live data feed for the same. Please advise. I am also paying 11$ more as I have funded my account with 70$ more to be charged 11/Month. My friend has the same setup with Futures account with AMP and he is paying the same package selection and amount and still I don't have Live data |

From the images you provided, you are using the wrong symbol for the ones where you are saying they are delayed and you have the correct symbol for the one you have labeled as "live". To update your symbols, open your chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.
