What do i need to get realtime data on SPY?

If i buy the denali exchange data feed do i still need to pay the cme exchange fees? I've read through to figure it out but im still confused on what exactly i need to do to get live data tick by tick data for SPY. Is the advanced service package enough by itself to get realtime data on spy?

To get real-time data for SPY, you would need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the NASDAQ TotalView data.
