Dear support team, I am going to activate the COMEX exchange without a trading account. The system show me a confirmation below: You will be charged 122 USD for the real-time data from the COMEX, For professionals and users without a trading account exchange from this moment until April 30. You will be charged the 122 USD next month on May 1 unless you deactivate the exchange. Does it mean the start date of service payment is the first day of the month? If I active it today, the service (122$) expiration will be April 30 2022, is that right? Please help me to confirm. Thank you so much! |

Yes, you have it correct. The exchange fees are renewed on the first day of each calendar month. In addition, you have to pay the full amount for any partial month in which you activate the exchange (they do not pro-rate the exchange fee). Therefore, you will pay $122 today (if you activate it today) for the remainder of April and then $122 on May 1 for the month of May.
