I am having an issue with AT/Sierra charts that I can not resolve. I use the extended line drawing under tools, on my charts to identify support & resistance (long & short term). I recently uploaded the latest version and notice that when I re-size my charts that these support & resistance lines disappear and reappear depending on the size of the chart window. It has been a month or so since I last updated so there may be other versions affected. I have used two different operating systems with the same results. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1398375115842.png |

There might be a problem with this in the version you are running. Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. There were recent changes with the mapping of chart drawings to screen coordinates and chart drawing clipping. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. I completely removed Sierra Charts and re-installed the software, version 1127, with the same results. I also tried creating a new chart from scratch, thinking that maybe there was an issue with the updated/existing charts I have been using, but again found the same problem. This has been really frustrating because I use these lines to identify support and resistance with my trading and without them it is like trading blind. I have been using Infinity AT/Sierra Charts for the last 3 years and have been very happy with your product. Hopefully we can get this issue resolved quickly, because it is a real show stopper for me.

There was no need to do this. It would not help. What we need from you is a Chartbook containing a single chart with the lines and then we will test it to determine what the problem is. We see what the problem is. We are thinking about how to solve this. The way that Extending Lines work requires special consideration.
