function to chart Minis while trading Micros no longer works?

I'm wondering why this function would stop working, and how I can troubleshoot? My margin only allows for micros (Stage 5) so when I send an order for minis it does not go through but I don't see anything in the logs (the order just wont appear).. Only way I realized there is something affecting this is when I go to the order window and look at my targets its calculating Micro values ($50 per Point).. Is there some refresh button I need to hit sometimes?

From what you show in the image, you are putting in orders for the Mini ES since your Trade and Current Quote Symbol is set to MESM22_FUT_CME. Therefore, you should not have any notice of an issue as there is not an issue. To us, everything looks good. Check with your broker to ensure the trades are going through.
