Sorry - we just saw the first non-professional exchange was active. The reason you are not getting real-time data for GC is that the instrument trades on the COMEX exchange, and you have only signed up for the CME exchange. You can add the COMEX exchange at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed If you are having issues with data from the CME exchange as well, then please let us know.
