Hi. I am evaluating Service Package 12. I added Bid Market Orders Column and Ask Market Orders Column to the Chart DOM, but no numbers show up. I have ESM22_FUT_CME and for Trading MESM22_FUT_CME. I tried Connecting and Disconnecting, Delete All Data and Download, etc. No luck. We see that the log above is from a Sub-Instance. Are you getting the data in your Main instance? First thing to do is to ensure your main instance is working correctly. Thanks. I was using a Sub-Instance and not the Main instance. After following instructions in the Main Instance everything started working properly in the Sub-Instance.
