You have logged into the Sierra Chart website and posted, so you should be able to login to your Sierra Chart software. Make sure you use the same Account Name and Password that you used to login to the website. If the issue is not logging into your Sierra Chart software, then what we see is that your Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services. Since you are with AMP, it should be set to CQG - WebAPI. Refer to the instructions at the following link to setup your Sierra Chart to connect to your CQG account: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions If you continue to have issues logging into CQG, then you will need to contact your broker about that.
