hello, i cancelled my equties data because i could not get the platform to run like it does with futures. i was wondering if you could help me figure it out so i could sign up for equities again!

basically anytime i load a TPO chart there is horrible lag.. would you be able to recommend to me which settings to adjust to make it run the best without losing any data?

i hope you had a great holiday weekend!

There is no reason why there would be any difference in the way the chart behaves simply because it is an equities chart instead of a futures chart.

In terms of performance, refer to the following:

The Tick Size is determined by the instrument and is not something you should change.

As to the Letter/Block Price Increment in Ticks, that is something you will have to figure out for yourself, in terms of the tradeoff of the larger letters/blocks versus the underlying data and what you want to see.
