do we have a date to where tranact and sierra will no long er be linked ? need to know when I need to switch to sierra data

Any version of Sierra Chart from 2354 onwards no longer supports TransAct. You can continue to use a Sierra Chart version prior to that point for as long as possible. But, we do not give any support, and should there be a change on the TransAct side that breaks the connectivity, then there is nothing we can do. Therefore, if you want to continue to use Sierra Chart, we recommend moving to a new broker as soon as possible. If you are only trading instruments from the CME Group, then we recommend using our Teton Order Routing Service. We think the date is going to be September 2022. We will be shutting down the historical data at that time and effectively makes it impossible for our Sierra Chart users to continue with Transact unless you are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed. And if you update to our newer versions, you cannot connect to Transact and you would have to move to our Teton Order routing.
