Hi, could I please for any help? Thank you in advance. Primary symbol: BTC-VIX-DBIT I am able to see correctly whole data feed from Deribit (Find Symbol_Deribit), but I am not able to get Indexes data. For example BTC-VIX-DBIT, ETH-VIX-DBIT, BTC-DERIBIT-INDEX-DBIT. I am not getting any error. SC process: 1) searching 2) downloading 3) downloaded, but 0 data (screen - attachment PNG) Any idea how to fix it? Could anybody try to check the connection? There is no data available for those symbols and it is not something we are going to research as to why. It is not a problem on the Sierra Chart side though.
