Problems with SierraChart App

Hi,
I would like to report that with another and another upgrade of app we get more and more bugs than it was previously with older versions.

1. Problem with drawing candles - app without reason stops drawing candles on all timeframes. Need to restart whole app.
2.I expirienced that many times especcialy after first run app on morning, no data is delivered to app. After disconnent and connect, everything is good.
3. We expirienced also strange bug with drawing chart on 6EM today. Screens at the attachment. Screens were made on two different PC.

Hi guys,
I forgot to add. We still suffering problems with volume data. Many times happened that on two PC we have different Volume per candle. There is need to reuploud data several times until we have same volume on candle. It's very inconvienent for us.

There is an example about volume. Situation happened after huge move on gold today. As you can see problem is critical.

You appear to be a TransAct user. Please understand we do not provide the data feed. It is provided by TransAct.

With the chart images you posted, we see data is repeating at the end of the chart. You need to re-download that data by following the instructions and help topic 2.1.2:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails2.html

This is usually the result of a time stamping problem with the data feed.

I forgot to add. We still suffering problems with volume data. Many times happened that on two PC we have different Volume per candle. There is need to reuploud data several times until we have same volume on candle. It's very inconvienent for us.
Please contact your broker about this. It is the responsibility of the data feed provider to help with this.

There is missing data You can see it on 1 minute chart. It occured on 24 april between 15:46 and 15:50 CEST Time Zone. When You reaload data there are still mising 4 one minute candelsticks.
Can You fix that?

In regards to April 18 , this is a holiday and April 19 is a Saturday.
