How are you. I have updated my payment this morning for my feed I actually payed twice thinking it was that and I still have an orange box showing waiting to connect .. I’ve selected file disconnect and reconnect and also checked my log in and password and all looks correct.could you check what mistake I’m making or even if there is a problem your end

Please get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
