Hello,

I am having an issue with the weekend open, this issue is seen in all markets such as fx and es futures. When markets opens on sunday/ monday it opens with a 'hard open' e.g. at 00:00:00 instead of it continuing on from the Friday candle, this is seen when viewing through intraday timeframes. I have turned off 'new bar at session start' and I am still having this problem.

I am not sure whether this is by design or whether it can be resolved?

Hope this makes sense

looking forward hearing from you
kind regards

This is not supported with the time frame per bar that you are using:
instead of it continuing on from the Friday candle

And do understand how the Session Times work:

Thank you for the reply, could this ever be implemented into the future in Sierra charts?

No, what you are looking for fundamentally makes no sense. You cannot have a chart bar that exists in time, longer than its time length from the starting time of the bar.
