Hello.I am new to the software and i wanted to ask which package do i need in order to have access to the Numbers Bars (ID:1) feature of the software. I have made a payment of $10 on the 11/04/2022,but i dont know how many features that gives me or for how long. I want to enable the footprint chart and all of its features. |

In order to use the Numbers Bars you need to be on the Advanced Package. If you are using our Delayed Exchange Data Feed or if you are getting your data from your trading provider, then this would be Package 5. If you want to get your data from us, then you would need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed and be on Package 11. Refer to the differences in the packages here: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages And refer to the information on the Denali Exchange Data Feed here: Denali Exchange Data Feed Note that your account is currently expired, as you need to purchase a full month at a minimum. It does not work by how much money you put into your account and then gives you that amount of days. You need to select the package and pricing and pay for it up front.
