Dear SierraChart, I have found your materials on How-to Rithmic data & order routing, while still using my Denali feed and it works fine. Thank you. My question is about nearer connection Data Server, as my attention was called to the fact that in R-Trader it is possible (probably only recently) to chose Non-Aggregated data even from the "European" or "Frankfurt" Servers, and given my location, for me this would be better. Nonetheless, in Sierra's data Connection these possibilities are not listed yet, as anything other than the Chicago feed is listed only as "| "Aggregated" data. Perhaps you don't know about this, so I am asking if it was possible to include this in Sierra, too. Secondly I wanted to ask you if it was possible to use the "Allow-Plug-In" function of the R-Trader to connect it as an API connection for Sierra? The list of servers for the Rithmic connection is generated by Rithmic. We have no control over it. We just get the list from them. This is not supported and we doubt it ever will be. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

They have already done it. Europe Non-Aggregated is now what I use in Sierra. Thank you all. I have raise the question about the API with them, of course I don't know the technical/logistical background between you guys, but I would just so much appreciate to see & place my orders just as much in my Rithmic-Trader as well as in Sierra and see orders in both parallel. I can of course just use my existing Denali feed in Sierra and Rithmic-Trader with Rithmic feed, but the Orders would not be then visible & routed. Just a thought. Thank you guys for all the hard work any case. |
