For Volume at price threshold alert v2, 1. Was wondering if it's possible to have the option for stacked imbalances print during the candle formation and not after candle close. I think it would be beneficial to see the imbalance as they happen in real time, or at least have the option to choose. 2. Until intersection only if the candle closes above or below the previous imbalance. For example, if the candle closes above the previous ask imbalance, then intersection breaks. If candle closes below the previous bid imbalance, then intersection breaks. I think it's useful to determine if an imbalance level held or not. Curious to hear your thoughts! Thanks in advance :) |

1. The stacked imbalances (and the general alerts when the volume exceeds the threshold) occur during the bar formation. It does not wait until the bar closes. 2. Hi John, I'm not getting the imbalances during bar formation, only until after it closes. Is there a setting I'm missing? I get alert sounds during bar formation, but not any visuals. My extension lines only form after the candle close. |

No special setting. This should be working for you. Try using a higher timeframe and a lower volume, something like a volume of 10 on a 5 minute chart and see if you get the visual marks for the Volume at Price. The extension lines would not draw until there is a new bar, as there is nothing to draw to. In other words, the most current bar is the end of the chart, so there is nowhere to see the drawing of the extension line until the next bar starts.
