How do I add a horizontal line as a separator between Region 1 (e.g. OHLC bar chart) on top and Region 2 (a study like an RSI, etc.) on bottom?

I don't mean using "Tools | Horizontal Line" which is based on the scale, etc. Just a plain horizontal line to clearly mark top Region (1) from bottom Region (2)? It is really only for visual.

I can see that the regions are separated right now by a break in the vertical grid line which shows a small break (space) between regions but I'd like a border/line there.

Thanks.
