When I place a trade with 3 contracts with a predefined Take Profit/Stop Loss bracket I can't figure out how to unlink the Bracket orders so that I can scale out of the position 1 contract at a time. The only way I can see a way to do this is if I want to place a trade with 3 contracts at a particular price is by clicking on the Dom at that price with a single contract with the bracket order 3 times. I don't want to have to click the DOM 3 times with a single contract to place my trade. I think I asked this question before but couldn't find the answer in the information provided. Thank you.

Unless we are missing something in your setup, you just need to submit the opposing order with the "Scale Out" option enabled. This way, when you want to remove 1 contract, it will remove it from the Attached Orders as well. Refer to the information here:

Is there a way to scale out of position using a hotkey? For example, if I bought 4 Contracts is there a way to set up a hotkey that would sell 50% of my position or 2 contracts at the Ask?

You can setup a Keyboard Shortcut for "Sell Ask" and another for a specific quantity, but there is not a single one to set the quantity to 50% and then Sell Ask. Refer to the information for Trading Keyboard Shortcuts here:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Trading Keyboard Shortcuts

You could create a custom study to do what you want and then tie that to a control bar and keyboard shortcut. Refer to the information starting here:

I had an issue with scaling out of my position today when I was in a long position with 2 contracts and when I tried to scale out by selling 1 contract - I got an error message that said "insufficient margin." I am able to scale out without difficulty in SIM and the "Support Scale In" and "Support Scale Out" functions enabled under the Orders Menu.
