IB and SC decimal places for trading

IB allows trading to five positions after the decimal and as low as .00001, but my understanding of SC is that it is always rounded to the 5 or 0 at the fifth position. Does this mean if I place a trade for eur 1.10001 that it will be placed in SC at 1.10000 or even 1.10005
