I use Denali for just about everything I do but thinking of trying Crypto through IB. However for the life of me can't figure out their symbol format and was wondering if anyone can tell me what it is. Thanks |

If you go to File -> Find Symbol in Sierra Chart window, that might be easier. I am trading MES, took me a few weeks to memorize IB's MES symbol which is "MES-yyyymm-GLOBEX-USD" 21 characters. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-04-08 17:01:33

Thanks Tony but I did try that but came up empty. I like a lot of things that IB has to offer but absolutely hate their data. Anyhow I'll keep digging, thanks again.

IB Micro Bitcoin April contract symbol in SC is MBT-202204-CMECRYPTO-USD-0.1 . IB Micro Ether April contract symbol in SC is MET-202204-CMECRYPTO-USD-0.1 . TWS IB Micro Bitcoin April contract symbol is MBTJ2. TWS IB Micro Ether contract symbol is METJ2.

The SC symbol for CME Ether full size for the Nov contract is ETHUSDRR-202211-CME-USD-50 for the IB data feed. IB Symbol is ETHUSDRR, The SC symbol for the Dec contract is ETHUSDRR-202212-CME-USD-50.
