im with amp. my latest deposit isnt showing up in my account window nor can i use CQG Web API. i contacted amp and was informed the money was available for trading. please let me know what I need to do.

Our servers are showing that your Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services. If this is correct, then you need to setup your Sierra Chart to connect to your CQG account. I tried that before i posted this message. ive since attempted it again and got the attached message. the problem appears to be my amp funds arent being recognized by serria chart.

It is not the case that your AMP funds are not being recognized by Sierra Chart. The problem is that your CQG account has been disabled, therefore you are not able to connect. You need to ask AMP about this. It's possible that with your latest deposit they issued you a new set of CQG credentials, in which case you would have to enter that information in the Data/Trade Service Settings.
