I just opened account today. Wired funds to Stage 5/Advantage today. Plan to sign up with Package 12 (6 month) + attached exchanges. I thought I could at least see "A" chart, unfortunately all I see is a black screen. Followed through your maze of instructions, but still no luck. Wondering why I can not get beyond the "NOT Connected" in the top left? Attached is a Message log as well. The only chart I could see was the Euro chart on the example chartbook, all others were black. I did load Ross's chartbook but all charts were black. Any assistance to get over this hump would be great. One other unrelated question - I plan on doing the 6 months in advance plan and I assume the exchange fees are monthly. So do I have to add credit in monthly for the exchange fees as well or are those charged CC direct? Also will I get any reminders for additional credit required in advance or one day Sierra just does not start? I find the Denali datafeed to be significantly better and that is why I am switching after 6 years.
