Hi, I have several custom symbols that have recently stopped working correctly and are showing delayed data by approx 15 mins. I've activated Nasdaq on my account, but I still have the same issue. I noticed you guys have changed from Barchart, is there something I need to do for my custom symbols? I'm simply doing things like ADBE+NFLX+PYPL for example. |

Since you are now using the NASDAQ TotalView exchange, you would need to add the suffix -NQTV to each symbol. Without that suffix, you would be getting the delayed data from BarChart. With the suffix, you will get the real-time NASDAQ TotalView data. For example, for your Custom Calculated Symbol, you would need to have {ABDE-NQTV} + {NFLX-NQTV} + {PYPL-NQTV}. Keep in mind you need the -NQTV for all symbols, not just the Custom Calculated ones. Can you see anything wrong with this? {ADBE-NQTV}+{NFLX-NQTV}+{PYPL-NQTV}+{CMCSA-NQTV}+{CSCO-NQTV}+{AVGO-NQTV}+{COST-NQTV}+{PEP-NQTV}+{INTC-NQTV}+{QCOM-NQTV}+{AMD-NQTV}+{TXN-NQTV}+{INTU-NQTV} I've another list of nasdaq constituents that work fine, but this one doesn't. I don't see anything obvious in my logs. |
