We see that you are on Package 11 already. To get setup with the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you would need to go through the Setup Instructions for the CME Group data at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* If you are wanting data for the EUREX, CFE, or NASDAQ TotalView, then you would go through these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* We see that your account has not been connected to a live futures trading account. This is important if you are going to be getting the CME Group data, where they require that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the Non-Professional exchange fees. Hello dear Jonh ! thanks a lot for your response ! If i understand well, i have only two solutions ? ---> connecting a real futures account to get the "non professionnal CME price" ? or --> connecting a new futures account with 100 dollar on a new futures broker ? then connect it one time, during each new month ? I have already an LMAX account. Do you know if it could be enough ? I have also a rithmic futures simulated account where i can get the real time data for the CME.... But, it seems to be not enough ! Today, i have subscribed to a new month for SC station ! i have paid it ! i have also subscribed for the DENALI data feed (paid) then i have subscribed for the real time access for CME instrument with market depth (one month free, but it will be paid too after this first month) Therefore, it's still delayed :( Please help me to solve this problem ! This is correct. You need to have an account somehow that will count towards the CME Group requirement for a live trading account. I have already an LMAX account. Do you know if it could be enough ? I have also a rithmic futures simulated account where i can get the real time data for the CME.... But, it seems to be not enough ! Neither of these will work. The CME Group is very specific that it has to be a live, futures trading account. LMAX does not trade futures, and the Simulated account with Rithmic is not live. Therefore, you would need to create an account with another broker.
