Hello Sierra Chart Engineering team!

In version 2379:

1. Esc button doesn't close Chart Settings window, if any setting was selected with mouse click before. Esc only unselects that selected setting. A single left button mouse click in the free space is required to close Chart Settings window in that case.

2. Mouse pointer dissapeares when editing editable box and comes back only when moving it again in editable box or outside Chart Settings window. GIF: https://i.imgur.com/xgZXKke.gif

3. Editable box and yes/no field can be edited at the same time. GIF: https://i.imgur.com/Iv6kfC3.gif

4. Tab key doesn't work to navigate between settings, while Alt+characters does work.

5. Connected with the previous clause, how to apply changes for a single setting only with a keyboard? Enter applies all changes and closes Chart Settings window.

Clauses 4 and 5 together don't allow to use only keyboard to modify settings.

Clauses 2 and 4 are valid for version 2390 as well.
I can't say anything specific about 2 clause (can only test it if fixed), but please make Shift+Tab keyboard shortcut work in chart settings window.

Nothing we can do regarding item 2 because that is an operating system issue.

We will document the Keyboard Shortcuts for Settings Windows. We will post the link here to those when done.

Thanks, I read it, and:
1. I think there meant to be a space between these words https://i.imgur.com/rO9oQdb.png,
2. There is no 'Use Mouse Scroll Wheel to Select Settings in Settings Window' setting in Global Settings,
3. I still wish you added Shift+Tab keyboard shortcut to go to previous setting in the list.

Another bug in v2390: 'Select all text...' setting doesn't save Yes value after SC restart.

In v2391 'Select all text in edit...' setting still doesn't save Yes value after SC restart.

Please add Shift+Tab keyboard shortcut, it's just meant to be there in pair with Tab keyboard shortcut. Is there a reason why not adding it?

In v2393 'Select all text in edit...' bug is fixed.

Will be Shift+Tab keyboard shortcut added for Chart Settings window?

1. Sometimes spaces are not used because we want to reduce the amount of space taken. So that is normal.

We will look over the other items.

1. If you meant 1 from post #7, this was already changed: https://i.imgur.com/xf68QEm.png,

2. There is 'Use Mouse Scroll Wheel to Select Settings in Settings Window' setting, but I would say the scroll direction is reversed and is counter-intuitive, in other words when user is scrolling mouse wheel towards himself, lower or next setting should be selected, check how mouse wheel scrolls e.g. in browser or MS Word,

3. Please add Shift+Tab keyboard shortcut, so it could be used in pair with Tab keyboard shortcut.

2. We will add a setting to control the behavior.

3. You need to use the keyboard commands that are documented here:
Settings Windows Interface: Keyboard Shortcuts

We will not be implementing shift-tab

What is the reason behind this decision?
