cumulative delta bars are empty sierra diagram after shutdown and reboot. So no new data is entered in sierra and can therefore not see what the past has done.

I understand that you no longer support this if user is using CQG data. I thought I'd gone through the steps and done, but the historical cumulative delta still doesn't come back when I restart Sierra

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

I also did the symbol on the picture: F.US.EPM22. I have gone through the steps and hopefully followed steps correctly.

You need to complete the Exchange Agreements in order to get the data. When you have done it in the past you have not included the "Clearing Firm" (or your broker) along with your "Account Number". We need this information in order to comply with the CME Group requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees.

I had tried to fill it in before but didn't fill in my broker |(AMP) and my account number 136726. Hopefully I've done this right now.

Everything on your account looks good now. You should be getting the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the following to verify this:

If you are wanting to remove the old CQG data and replace it with the historical Denali data, then refer to the following instructions:
