I thought I was making live trades but it seems my trades remained on sim. When I look in my Activity log they are showing as sim. When I look in my AMP account my balance seems to have not changed. I disabled SIM, an account number poplulated in the box on my trade window. I made a few trades and everytime after the trade completed the word SIM repopulated the box when an account number had been. Am I not connected to datafeed. I am unable to click on connect to data feed under the file tab.

When this occurs, it means that you are not connected to your trading account, but rather your Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services.

Since you say that your account is with AMP, then most likely they have you setup to use CQG for your order routing. If this is the case, then you will need to follow the Setup Instructions at the following link to connect to your CQG account:
