I have a trade window where the top half is off screen so I can't access the top right area to control the window. I tried to reset the child window but it does not work. I've included a picture.

You need to reset the position. Refer to: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Opening Trade Window for Chart or Trade DOM Resetting the Child Windows absolutely does work. But make sure you are using that command for the chart, that the trade window is associated with. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Reset Child Windows is the correct command. But you have to have the chart for which that Trade Window is associated as the active chart when you select that option. You may have to work through each of your charts to find the right one if you do not know which is the correct one off-hand. Refer to the information for Reset Child Windows here: Chart Menu: Reset Child Window (Chart menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
