Hello. I'm trying to getintraday or historical chart of $VIX but getting every time error (screenshot below). I've read all info on site and made all the steps: Activated service pack 10 Standard+Denali, filled in all agreements and activated trial of CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX exchanges, I have active and funded account at Interactive Brokers with futures trading permissions, I connected it to SC for 10 minutes and connected SC datafeed back - but nothing helped - still no any data - just black screen and sometimes error message. The $VIX index is not part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed. In order to get the $VIX index (not the VIX Futures), then you need to setup the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and activate the CBOE Indices exchange.
