Order Allocation to Trade Accounts ignoring order confirmation

When using the order allocation to trade accounts feature, the order confirmation window pops up for new orders and flattening. Not appearing for modification of orders.

We cannot reproduce this problem. Order modifications is enabled. The issue is there, as soon as I turn off order allocation, no confirmations for any order types. Order allocation on = confirmations. Any how, I've found a workaround, Chart Trade Settings > General > Confirmations > Disable Order Confirmations - Global = Yes |

We are not able to reproduce any kind of issue like this at all. The confirmations all work properly. The behavior of this functionality is very stable.
