For the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts feature we would not recommend contacting them. We do not think they would be knowledgeable about it, especially the recent enhancements. You can ask them though. However, it is best you just simply contact us on the Support Board. We definitely think it is a mistake going through someone else. You are going to get the best help here.
