What is the time zone that the session time needs to be in? Say, I'm from California, should I have the start at 15:00:00 (3pm PST) and ends at 14:00:00 (2pm PST)? Thank you. |

It is really your choice as to what time zone you want to use. You just want to be sure you use a time zone that makes the same changes for daylight saving time as the exchange.
