everytime I try to connect a message is popping up and saying: "CQG WebAPI Logon unsuccessful. Your logon is disabled. Contact your FCM." Why am I getting this error message? Thank you, Armando |

Your broker has disabled your account. You need to ask them why this occurred.

To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions. Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".
