Thought other firm would have updated you or your system doesn't yet recognize.

Guessing the need to inform SC of new account with other clearing firm. Maybe this can be done privately.

We are not understanding your particular issue. Can you please give us more information on what is happening.

My trading account with the new clearing firm is not listed in my authorized trading accounts. Your web site instructions were to inform SC immediately to update that section.

If you are using the Teton Order Routing Service now, then your account will not show in the Authorized Trading Accounts section of the control panel. The accounts that would be listed there would be for LMAX or the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service.
